Today is Shooting practice out on the range.
Looking forward to running a few rounds through my Springfield XD .40, might even take my sub-compact Springfield and practice a little with it.

Tonight....Tuesday Night Steel at Rio.
Running my new match gun, since I FINALLY found the time to finish it. Running a Glock 21 (Gen 3) in Limited tonight.
But...me being me...I MAY run my Glock 30, just to be a smartass.

Let the hurt flow from those that you beat that ran custom and high end pistols.
Nothing like blowing some knucklehead and his $2000 race gun out of the water.

I made a few of them look like pregnant doges tonight...shooting a carry gun (which is ALL I will shoot).
It will never cease to amaze me how many guys will bolt every piece of nuts on their gun they can, and think THAT will make them shoot better.

Today is Monday, might hit the range again. Last week was a hoot! A group of friends showed up and cycled through a bunch of ammo.  The day ended with a beautiful sunset. Gunslinger808 said the cloud formation was caused by opposing wind sheers.  |

Tuesday Night Steel...UGH. Ran Single Stack. I shot BRILIANTLY until the last stage. My gun tied up like a 3rd grader's pony tail. This was no TAP-RACK-BANG. It was stuck between the chamber and the feed lips of the magazine. I had to beat the snot out of it until the f**ker broke loose to finish the stage. THAT is what happens when a round makes it through the Dillon without getting crimped.
SHOULDA run everything through the case gauge.
Oh well...should have shot my Glock...lol.
